Name

[edit]

This article was apparently moved without discussion by User:Kman543210 from to United Nations Office in Timor Leste to the current United Nations Office in East Timor and in the process removed all reference to the name United Nations Office in Timor Leste. This is despite the fact I expect few people if any actually used the name United Nations Office in East Timor, the UN themselves don't appear to. Heck we even give the UNOTIL acronym in the article without any mention of where it comes and have a UN flag that it's likely no one ever used. Can anyone find any usage of United Nations Office in East Timor that doesn't originate from us? If not a WP:RM may be in order. Of course if we do rename it should be to United Nations Office in Timor-Leste Nil Einne (talk) 23:49, 6 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Actually I was wrong, the other name is used in the article. However it's just used randomly with no explaination. So we're consistent between titles even when it's not called for but inconsistent in the article. Nil Einne (talk) 00:09, 7 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
